The management council provides a platform for coordination, exchange of ideas and alignment of policies between the national and regional associations, in order to strengthen and support joint objectives.

It is an informal consultation event where council members meet in a relaxed atmosphere, for example over drinks, to discuss important issues. During these meetings, opinions are exchanged, challenges discussed, and decisions made on the basis of consensus and mutual understanding. The aim is to find solutions in a casual setting and keep the functioning of the association running smoothly, without formal decision-making procedures.

This type of meeting is characterized by a focus on connection, cooperation, dialogue and finding solutions while respecting mutual relationships and the objectives of all associations.
